These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlantSage mobile application and related services provided by Beijing Wenchang Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable, to use the App.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the app store or payment provider through which you purchased the subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once charged.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the App.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Plant identification, care suggestions, and disease or pest assessments are provided for informational purposes only. The App does not provide professional agricultural, botanical, veterinary, medical, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any output.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, our users, or our legal rights.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version in the App or on our website and update the Effective Date above.
